There is something going on in my chest that I believe goes beyond my regular asthma. I’ll be relaxing and suddenly, my breathing is very labored. When I attempt to catch up, and make my lungs expand, a sharp pain shoots from my chest to my neck and shoulder and down my right arm. It really, really hurts. It makes me so nervous and I just want to breathe normally and be painless.
